Brand Service Manager/Executive:

Job Description:
– Monitor and analyze brand and its competition to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
– Analyse market trends to identify target markets and explore consumer insights.
– Provide strategic consultation to brands including marketing strategy development, packaging, promotion and execution.
– Manage client requirements, handling creative, POS materials, Budgets, Marketing activities and Brand strategies.
– Plan corporate AV’s, campaign shoot, product photo shoot, shooting on outdoor and indoor locations, product promotion.
– Develop & refine brands in-store branding.
– Constantly improve business development activities.
– Oversee and manage financial budgets.
– Manage daily activities with marketing communications agencies and vendors.
– Plan and execute quarterly and annual projections, budgeting and profits.
– Client retention and relationship management.
Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Should have agency background.
  • Strong communication, relationship management skills and pay attention to details.
  • Business Development, Research skills with ability to generate conversation/meetings.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on agency objectives, market characteristics, cost, and markup factors.

Responsibilities of a Retail Production Manager:

We’ve openings in our retail fabrication department at middle and junior levels. You will join a critical function within our organization that is designed to bring value and greater precision in managing the retail merchandising and graphics projects. Working closely with our account executives, you will take the lead on a variety of projects clearly defining the scope, developing project plans and execution.

Job Description:

  • Work to present most cost effective and production feasible options for each project.
  • Intimately understand the project scope and translate that information clearly and concisely through a well thought out project work plan that follows established processes and procedures.
  • Execute successful project delivery by identifying and assigning the necessary internal and external resources needed, and aligning those capabilities to the client requirements in a manner that minimizes exposure and risk.
  • Be the liaison between the account executives and our internal/external resources as you effectively communicate the needs the project to ensure that the project is on schedule, properly resourced, and within budget throughout each project phase (design, prototyping, estimating, engineering, production, etc.), including revising the project work plan as needed to meet any changes in the scope.
  • Serve as the point person for the customer and diligently understand, investigate and resolve customer questions or issues.
  • Leverage and maintain systems and process to properly track progress and the project budget, including processing of customer purchase orders, change orders, etc.
  • Experience:
    4 to 6 yrs.
